Website use
Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
Website content is provided for informational and course presentation purposes. Specific training rights and obligations are established upon individual enrolment confirmation and signing of the applicable ATO training documentation.
Course registration & ATO verification
Submitting a course registration form constitutes an expression of interest and application for verification, not an automatic enrolment contract.
Online EASA theoretical knowledge training requires prior candidate eligibility verification, documentation review and formal confirmation by AVIATOR ATO before Learning Management System (LMS) access is activated.
Student accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their student portal login credentials confidential and for providing accurate personal and aviation qualification details.
AVIATOR Flight School reserves the right to suspend or restrict portal access if misuse, inaccurate documentation or security concerns are identified.
Fees & payments
Course fees and payment instructions are confirmed after ATO verification of the candidate's application, or processed via Stripe where online payment is enabled for a verified enrolment.
Payment confirmation does not waive mandatory EASA regulatory or ATO eligibility requirements.
Intellectual property
All website content, branding, course descriptions, graphics and interface elements are protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written consent.
Digital textbooks (including PadPilot materials) and LMS resources remain subject to the respective licensing terms of their publishers and providers.
