Refund and Cancellation Policy

Submitting a course registration request on the website does not create a binding payment obligation. AVIATOR Flight School reviews candidate eligibility and documentation before confirming enrolment.

An applicant may withdraw their registration enquiry at any stage prior to enrolment confirmation and fee payment without any charges.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection rules, unless digital learning materials (such as PadPilot digital books) or LMS platform access have been activated at the student's express request prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Once personal LMS credentials or digital textbooks have been issued and activated, refund eligibility is assessed in accordance with the signed training agreement and non-refundable third-party licensing costs.

If a candidate selected an inappropriate course or requires an adjusted training pathway (e.g. ICAO to EASA conversion or single-subject training), AVIATOR Flight School will work with the candidate to transfer the application to the appropriate programme.

Any fee difference, regulatory requirements and documentation checks will be confirmed individually with the student.

All withdrawal, cancellation or course change requests should be sent by e-mail to wademekum@wademekum.com, including the student's full name, registered e-mail address, course name and details of the request.

Our admissions team reviews all requests promptly and responds within 5 business days.
