We collect contact details, course preferences, aviation training background, current licence information, ICAO English proficiency level, messages, student account details and technical logs necessary to operate and secure the website.
When you submit a course registration or B2B training enquiry, your data is recorded so AVIATOR ATO can verify candidate eligibility, contact you and prepare enrolment documentation.
Legal basis
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, take pre-contractual steps before entering into a training agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), provide student portal functionality, maintain platform security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and comply with applicable aviation and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Online card and electronic payments, where enabled after candidate verification, are processed directly by regulated payment institutions (such as Stripe). AVIATOR Flight School does not store full payment card credentials on its servers.
